はい。「範囲を選択して適用」タブに切り替えると、プレビュー上でドラッグして範囲を指定でき、指を離した時点で自動的にその範囲だけ処理されます。適用後も範囲をタップすると再編集でき、ドラッグで移動、右下のハンドルで大きさ変更、種類・強度の再調整ができます。複数箇所に繰り返し適用でき、「1つ戻す」で直前の操作を取り消せます。Yes. Switch to the Area Selection tab and drag to select a region—it's processed automatically as soon as you release. Repeat for multiple areas, and use Undo to reverse the last action.
ファイルはサーバーに送られますか？Are files sent to a server?

モザイクはブロック状のピクセル化処理、ぼかしはガウシアンブラーによる滑らかなぼかし処理です。用途に合わせて選んでください。Mosaic pixelates the area into blocks. Blur applies a smooth Gaussian effect. Choose based on your use case.
元の画像に戻せますか？Can I revert to the original image?
部分指定モードでは「1つ戻す」ボタンで直前の操作を取り消せます。「データの完全消去」で元の状態に戻せます。Use Clear All Data to revert to the original.
